New transfers and stamps - Brenda

I have really fallen in love with Andy's new stamps from Creative Expressions especially the 'enigma' one which is fabulous for using on a background. It is so versatile and cleans so easily too whatever the medium used.

This became a journal panel, so I decided to start a new visual journal to which I will add 5 x 7 inch panels.

I used several bits from my leftovers box to create this especially the crackle frame and in the background to it is one of the new mixed media transfers from the 'French Fancy' set.

I often make up my own quotes and do myself sheets of them on the PC, they are printed on an inkjet printer so I give them a coat of matte medium to seal them

If you would like to see more details you will find them over at Bumblebees and Butterflies with process steps and additional photos too.

Thanks for stopping by.
hugs Brenda xx

  1. Really beautiful Brenda, I caught a glance at Andy's new stamps and they do look amazing. I'm a little out the loop with new releases etc having had so much on & holidays inbetween. Love how you layered and layered everything up with it's added crackle and lace cuts. Such a warm choice of colour and a beautiful way to utilise those leftovers. Makes for a fabulous feature for your journal cover. Thank you for sharing with us all.
Wishing you a super weekend Hugs Tracey x
