You REALLY Should Have Called - Suz Humphreys

When you feel wicked for not making that call!

I had a lot of fun with this. The base is from a caterpillar birthday cake (had to eat the cake first of course!), brayered onto with just waste paint from another project, but I really liked it so used it!
I added some stamping....it got a little lost, but it's still there!
Then feathers, elements from Andy's fab phone dial kit (click here to see the kit). A gorgeous moulded skull he gave me... he has an online class on how to make these little beauties! (click here to see the online casting course). A re-purposed bracelet, stamps and embossing enamels!
The pic above shows where I've put down a layer of decoupage glue for most of the elements...it dries completely clear.
Here you can see the dried flowers a little better - they are naturally a rust colour.
And here is another pic of the finished project.
In this pic you can see the text typed out and added, all the disks and the Stampendous enamels around the edge - I stamped into the enamels on all the corners, and finished with an edging of black archival ink.
For a detailed pictorial step by step have a look over on my blog here!
Thanks for looking!
